Application deadline for TOKİ discount campaign announced as October 19
While the countdown continues for the TOKİ campaign offering a 25 percent discount for those who want to pay off their debt in advance and obtain their title deed, the conditions have also been clarified.
As the application deadline approaches for the 25 percent discount campaign carried out by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change's Housing Development Administration (TOKİ), the required conditions for homeowners have also been announced.
Campaign Process and Application Date
Applications continue for the 25 percent discount campaign launched by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change's Housing Development Administration. Those who wish to benefit from the campaign, which closely concerns approximately 228,000 beneficiaries, must complete their transactions.
Citizens who want to benefit from this campaign, organized for residences and workplaces with ongoing repayments, are required to apply to the relevant banks by October 19 at the latest.
Who Can Benefit from the Discount
Citizens who want to pay their debt in advance and immediately get their title deeds can directly benefit from the net 25 percent discount opportunity. Buyers who cannot pay off their entire debt at once can benefit from an alternative payment method.
In case of making an advance payment of at least 25 percent of the remaining debt balance, a 25 percent discount is also applied over this deposited amount.
Conditions for Benefiting from the Campaign
In order to benefit from this special discount opportunity, repayment installments must have started by the end of June 2025 at the latest. In addition, as of the application date, it is required that the installments for the relevant month have been paid in full.
Individuals with overdue installments or property tax debts cannot be included in this campaign. On the other hand, buyers with 12 months or fewer remaining installments cannot benefit from the campaign either.
