A new investigation was carried out within the scope of traffic safety and public order activities conducted by the Hatay Provincial Gendarmerie Command.
Social Media Review
During the operations, social media posts indicating that an individual named Y.P. performed acrobatic stunts on the O-53 Highway in the Dörtyol district on September 17 were identified.
Identification and Penal Action
As a result of a detailed examination of the social media footage, the driver's identity was determined and it was confirmed that they violated the rules.
Sanctions Applied
It was reported that a total traffic fine of 29,719 Turkish Liras was imposed on the driver Y.P. by the teams, and their driver's license was suspended for 60 days.
Judicial Process
It was stated that the judicial proceedings initiated regarding the incident that endangered traffic safety are being continued by the relevant authorities.
