At the 30th Consumer Council Meeting held in Ankara under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Trade Mahmut Gürcan, consumer protection in social media shopping and product safety risks in e-commerce were addressed, and advisory resolutions were formulated.

Organized under the coordination of the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance of the Ministry of Trade, the 30th Consumer Council Meeting took place in the capital Ankara under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Mahmut Gürcan.

As a result of the meeting, various advisory resolutions were adopted with the aim of properly informing consumers and combating fraud and misleading practices.
