Suspect Who Killed Birds and Shared Footage in Alanya Arrested

Yusufcan Turay, who recorded moments of himself killing birds near his home in the Konaklı neighborhood of Antalya's Alanya district and shared them on social media accounts, was arrested after being detained by law enforcement intervention.

Yusufcan Turay, living in the Konaklı neighborhood of Antalya's Alanya district, recorded the brutal acts he committed around his home. The individual's sharing of the moments he killed birds on social media caused great public reaction and outrage.

In the emerged footage, it was determined that the individual bit off the head of one of the birds with his mouth, and severed the heads of two other birds with the help of a knife.
