10 Players Left Out of Italy National Team Squad Ahead of Turkey Match
Head coach Roberto Mancini decided not to take certain players on the trip to Turkey due to a busy schedule and travel fatigue.
The Italian Football Federation announced that 10 players will not travel to Turkey and will instead train at the camp center due to upcoming matches and a busy fixture schedule.
Reason for the Squad Decision
According to the official statement from the Italian Football Federation, head coach Roberto Mancini preferred to rest certain names due to the busy match schedule.
Names Not Traveling to Turkey
Honest Ahanor, Nicolo Barella, Diego Coppola, Samuele Inacio, Eddy Kouadio, Daniel Maldini, Gianluca Mancini, Massimo Pessina, Samuele Ricci, and Muhammed Ali Zoma, who are not in the traveling party, will continue their training at the Coverciano camp.
Zaniolo Leaves the Camp
Additionally, Nicolo Zaniolo, who is injured and unable to play in the matches against Turkey and France, has left the national team camp with the approval of the head coach.
