Besiktas Announces Decision for Extraordinary Elective General Assembly and Financial Congress
Following a meeting, the black-and-white board of directors officially announced the dates for the extraordinary elective general assembly as well as the administrative and financial general assembly.
The Besiktas Club Management made the decision for an extraordinary elective general assembly during its meeting at Tüpraş Stadium and finalized the meeting dates.
Board Decision for Elections
The Besiktas Management announced that it decided to hold an extraordinary elective general assembly during the board meeting held today at 4:00 PM.
Elective General Assembly Dates
The first date for the Extraordinary Elective General Assembly Meeting was set as September 27. If a majority is not achieved on this date, the second and final meeting will be held on October 4 regardless of the majority.
Administrative and Financial General Assembly
Additionally, the schedule for the Ordinary Administrative and Financial General Assembly meeting covering the period between June 2025 and May 2026 was finalized during the meeting.
Financial Congress Schedule
September 26 was set for the Administrative and Financial General Assembly; if a majority cannot be reached on this date, the second meeting will be organized on October 3 regardless of the majority.
