Caykur Rizespor announced that during the 2026-2027 football season it strengthened its squad with a total of 9 new players while parting ways with 20 footballers for various reasons.

New Season Reinforcements

The green-and-blue club made significant reinforcements by transferring a total of 9 players to its squad within the scope of its new season structuring.

Permanent and Loan Signings

Among the team's squad additions during the transfer window were notable names in both permanent and loan statuses.

Tayyip Talha Sanuç from Besiktas, Zakaria Ariss from Bastia, Siaka Bakayoko from Amiens, Albert-Iustin Doicaru from Farul, Umut Erdem from Galatasaray, and Can Bozdoğan from Utrecht were included in the squad.

Additionally, Gennaro Borrelli from Cagliari, Moussa Diakite from Cadiz, and Ahmed Kutucu from Galatasaray were transferred to play on loan throughout the season.

Departures from the Team

With the completion of the transfer registration period, paths were parted with a total of 20 footballers who wore the Caykur Rizespor jersey.

Players Whose Contracts Expired and Departures

Samet Akaydin and Casper Sommer Hojer, who were in the squad last season and whose contracts ended, left the team.
