Comprehensive Equipment Support Provided to Amateur Sports Clubs in Istanbul
Thousands of pieces of sports equipment across 22 different branches were delivered to clubs at a ceremony held in Bayrampaşa.
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality distributed 214,385 items of equipment across 22 different branches to amateur sports clubs in the city at a ceremony held at the Bayrampaşa Hidayet Türkoğlu Sports Complex.

The distribution ceremony for equipment support aimed at amateur sports clubs in Istanbul was held with high participation at the Bayrampaşa Hidayet Türkoğlu Sports Complex.
The ceremony was attended by IMM Deputy Mayor Nuri Aslan, Amateur Sports Clubs Federation President Ali Düşmez, local administrators, and numerous young athletes.
Emphasis on Healthy Generations
Speaking at the ceremony, IMM Deputy Mayor Nuri Aslan stated that their main goal is to raise strong youth along with healthy generations who take ownership of their country and are self-confident.
New Facilities and Goals
Stating that 33 new sports facilities have been brought to Istanbul since 2019, Nuri Aslan noted that they have opened their doors to a total of 600 amateur sports clubs to date.
Thousands of Materials Being Distributed
Having supported 1,050 clubs last year, the institution plans to deliver a total of 214,385 items of equipment across 22 different branches, such as football, basketball, volleyball, swimming, and archery, to the clubs this year.

Amateur Sports Clubs Federation President Ali Düşmez also delivered a thank-you speech regarding the support, while the program concluded with the symbolic presentation of equipment boxes and a group photo shoot.
