Fenerbahçe Sports Club Ordinary General Assembly Meeting Held
The ordinary general assembly meeting of Fenerbahçe Sports Club was held at the Fenerbahçe Ülker Sports and Event Hall with the participation of the management and congress members.

Opening of the Meeting and Election of the Council
The general assembly meeting held at the Fenerbahçe Ülker Sports and Event Hall started with the opening speech made by Board Member Responsible for Legal Affairs, Savaş Adalet.
Following a moment of silence and the National Anthem, M. Şekip Mosturoğlu was unanimously elected as the Council Board President as a result of the voting.
Presentation of Sporting and Financial Reports
After the formation of the council board, former General Secretary Orhan Demirel took the podium and provided detailed information to the participants about the club's sporting and financial tables.
While the Audit Board Report regarding the financial period was being read, Erdoğan Sağlam from the independent audit firm explained the consolidated financial statements, and Audit Board President Mehmet Vodina also read the report.
Acquittal of the Management and Audit Boards
As a result of the voting carried out in accordance with the relevant agenda items, the members of the club's management board and audit board were acquitted by majority vote.
New Period Budget and Club Projects
At the meeting, the new budget covering the period from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, was discussed, and comprehensive information was provided to the general assembly about major projects that will contribute to the club's economy.
Investments such as the Kenan Evren High School plot and museum project, Maltepe Football Academy, Dereağzı Lefter Küçükandonyadis Facilities Metin Aşık building, Chobani Stadium capacity increase, and the COVE1907 project were shared.
Authorities Granted to the Management Board
At the general assembly meeting, granting authority to the management board on critical issues such as the acquisition of real estate, company partnerships, the 120th Anniversary Lottery, and Fenerbahçe University cooperation was approved.
