In the Presidential Cup, first played in 1985, Fenerbahçe Tarfin—who reached the championship in the Türkiye Sigorta Basketball Super League and the Ziraat Bankası Turkish Cup per the regulations—will face Beşiktaş, who finished second in the Türkiye Sigorta Basketball Super League last season and were the finalists of the Ziraat Bankası Turkish Cup.
