Fenerbahçe is preparing to face Italian side Roma in their first official match in the UEFA Champions League league stage, to which they have returned after an 18-year hiatus.

The Yellow-Navy club booked its place in the league stage by eliminating Gornik Zabrze in the 2nd qualifying round, Sturm Graz in the 3rd qualifying round, and Lyon in the play-off round.
