The groundbreaking ceremony for the facility, to be built in Babaeski Atatürk Neighborhood opposite the Babaeski Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, was held with broad participation.
Kırklareli Governor Uğur Turan, Babaeski District Governor Tamer Orhan, and Babaeski Mayor Dr. Fırat Yayla attended the organized ceremony.
Objective and Scope of the Project
With the project carried out by the Kırklareli Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, it is aimed to strengthen the district's sports infrastructure.
Within the scope of the project, a semi-olympic swimming pool, an indoor sports hall, and areas where young people can carry out social and sporting activities will be established.
Groundbreaking Ceremony and Closing Program
After the speeches emphasizing the contributions the investment will make to the district, prayers were offered, the button was pressed, and the first concrete was poured.
The program officially ended after the protocol members and participants took a commemorative photo to mark the day.
