Italian referee Marco Guida will officiate Galatasaray's match against Spanish representative Barcelona at home on Tuesday, October 13. The refereeing crew for the match, which will start at 22:00 at RAMS Park, has been announced by UEFA.
Match Refereeing Crew Determined
Marco Guida from the Italian Football Federation will blow the whistle in the match starting at 22:00 at RAMS Park. Guida will be assisted by Giorgio Peretti and Giuseppe Perrotti.
Assistant Referees and VAR Team
Fabio Maresca will serve as the fourth official of the match. Marco Di Bello will sit in the Video Assistant Referee seat, and Aleandro Di Paolo will act as his assistant.
Marco Guida's Galatasaray Matches
Italian referee Marco Guida has previously officiated some of Galatasaray's matches in European competitions. Guida refereed the yellow-red team's 5-1 away defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt last season.
In addition, Guida had also officiated the UEFA Champions League third qualifying round second leg match in the 2023-2024 season where Galatasaray defeated Slovenian representative Olimpija Ljubljana 1-0 at home.
