Slovenia Women's Volleyball Team Defeats Latvia in Deciding Set

In the fourth match of Group A in the Trendyol 2026 CEV Women's European Volleyball Championship, Slovenia defeated Latvia 3-2 in a match where they fell 2-0 behind, securing their second victory in the group.
Spectacular Comeback
Starting the match quickly, Latvia won the first two sets 23-25 and 19-25 to take a 2-0 lead. However, refusing to give up, Slovenia took control in the subsequent sets and managed to carry the match to the deciding set.
Winning the third set 25-15 and the fourth set with a clear score of 25-13, Slovenia brought the score to 2-2. Maintaining their dominance in the final set, Slovenia took this set 15-12 to win the match 3-2.
