Brought back to the agenda at the September meeting
At the September meeting of the Kula Municipal Council, the multi-purpose sports hall project, which had been rejected in a previous session, was brought back to the council's agenda.

Request to refer to committee put forward
Adnan Sarı, the People's Alliance Group Chairman and MHP Municipal Council Member, requested that the issue be referred to the relevant committee instead of being voted on directly.
Sarı stated that the annexes of the memorandum regarding the protocol planned to be made between the two municipalities were not forwarded to him, and requested that the legal infrastructure of the item be evaluated.
Objections to the voting result
Following the vote on the agenda item after the request for referral to the committee, objections to the results were raised from the People's Alliance benches.
Adnan Sarı stated that the council members did not vote against it, and that only Mayor Hikmet Dönmez and 3 members voted in favor.
Minutes and footage will be examined
Following the discussions, the details regarding how the voting took place were left to official minutes and social media footage.
The status of the project's referral to the committee and how the vote entered official records will become clear upon examination of the meeting records.
