Within the scope of the investigation targeting the Central Referee Board, known as the "referees file," Super League referee Yasin Kol and assistant referee Göktuğ Hazar Erel were detained. It was reported that the suspects are accused of violating Law No. 7258, complicity in forgery of documents, and misconduct in office.

The investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Bureau of Investigation for Illegal Betting and Sports Crimes against the Central Referee Board is deepening. Within this scope, Super League referee Yasin Kol and Super League assistant referee Göktuğ Hazar Erel were detained.

These individuals were reached as a result of the examination of digital items seized from the detained suspects and the detailed analysis of MASAK records. Authorities are continuing the investigation in line with the findings obtained.

Suspects Yasin Kol and Göktuğ Hazar Erel are being investigated on allegations of violating Law No. 7258, complicity in forgery of documents, and misconduct in office. It was stated that in his initial testimony, Yasin Kol claimed he did not play betting games and only sent money to a few people who asked him for loans.

Within the scope of the investigation, MHK President Ferhat Gündoğdu, TFF Active Referees Association President Ferdi Karadoruk, former TFF MHK Vice President Ahmet Şahin, former TFF MHK Member Yunus Yıldırım, TFF Education and 4th Region Responsible Sebahattin Şahin, Alican Sağlar, and Emre Kosif, who were previously subjected to operations, completed their procedures at the police station and were referred to the courthouse.
