Tender Process Begins for Four New Facilities to Strengthen Sports Infrastructure in Antalya
With a project to be implemented by the Antalya Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, mini football fields and a tennis court will be built in four different districts.
The official tender process has been launched for the construction of three mini football fields and one tennis court in order to strengthen the sports infrastructure across Antalya. The investments to be carried out in the four designated districts are planned to be completed within ninety calendar days from the site delivery.
Tender Details and Procedure
The Construction Work of 3 Mini Football Fields and 1 Tennis Court in Antalya Province and Districts will be organized through an open tender procedure in accordance with Article 19 of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734. All bids regarding the tender will be received exclusively in electronic environment via the Electronic Public Procurement Platform (EKAP).
Districts Where the Facilities Will Be Built
Within the scope of the project, mini football fields will be established in Döşemealtı, Elmalı, and Kaş Kınık regions. In the Kumluca district, a modern tennis court will be built to increase citizens' access to sports facilities.
Tender Date and Venue
The tender for the construction work in question will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 10:30 AM at the Meeting Hall of the Antalya Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports. The relevant documents can be examined and downloaded via EKAP.
Completion Period and Start
All works to be carried out within the scope of the tender are projected to be completed within 90 calendar days from the site delivery following the signing of the contract. The work will commence within 5 days after the contract is signed.
Exact Location Information
The tennis court will be established next to the Youth Center on Spor Street in Kumluca Temel Eğitim Neighborhood. The mini football fields will be built in the school gardens in Döşemealtı Yeşilbayır Neighborhood, Elmalı Bozhüyük Neighborhood, and Kaş Kınık Neighborhood.
Participation Conditions and Bid Bond
Only domestic bidders will be able to participate in the tender, and the economically most advantageous bid will be determined based on price. Bidders are required to submit a provisional bid bond of not less than 3 percent of the bid price.
