The Turkish Football Federation Arbitration Board rejected the appeal by upholding the decision to give Beşiktaş's Serbian footballer Dusan Vlahovic a 1-match suspension and a fine of 100 thousand TL.

Penalty Given After the Derby

Following the Fenerbahçe-Beşiktaş derby played in the 4th week of the Süper Lig, the Professional Football Disciplinary Board had decided to impose a 1-match ban and a fine of 100 thousand TL on the black-and-white team's Serbian striker Dusan Vlahovic on the grounds of unsportsmanlike conduct towards a member of the opposing team.

Beşiktaş's Appeal and Board Decision

Following the announcement of the penalty, the Beşiktaş club made an official appeal to the TFF Arbitration Board, but as a result of the review, the board ruled that there was no inaccuracy in the decision.

The Arbitration Board officially announced that the application was unanimously rejected and the request for postponement was not accepted either.

Match Absence Situation

In line with this approved decision, 26-year-old experienced striker Dusan Vlahovic will not be able to take his place in the team in today's match against Erzurumspor FK due to his suspension.
