Within the scope of the 63rd Damascus International Fair, three strategic agreements were signed aimed at the reconstruction and development of tourism, sports infrastructure, and regional planning projects in the Raqqa governorate.
Strategic Agreements at the Damascus Fair
Within the framework of the 63rd Damascus International Fair, new cooperation protocols were implemented between the Raqqa Investment Authority Branch and the Syrian groups Glory Holding and Kayan Commercial Holding.
Scope of the Signed Projects
The agreements cover the rehabilitation of the equestrian club, the establishment of the Jazirat Verd tourism facility, and the implementation of a comprehensive regional planning project for the region.
Equestrian Club to Be Revived
The Raqqa Equestrian Club's racing track, stands, and stables will be renovated in accordance with international standards, and a hotel, swimming pool, and entertainment facilities will be added to the area.
Investment and Development Vision
Officials emphasized that these investments aim to increase Raqqa's economic potential and initiate a new era in the fields of sports and tourism in the region.
