Turkish National Football Team gathers in Riva to start preparations
The Turkish National Football Team will enter a training camp in Riva tomorrow ahead of the UEFA Nations League League A Group 1 matches and will hold its first training session.
Competing against France, Italy, and Belgium in Group 1 of the UEFA Nations League A, the Turkish National Football Team is gathering in Riva tomorrow to begin preparations.
Camp in Riva and First Training Session
Players invited to the Turkish National Football Team will gather at the Hasan Doğan National Teams Camp and Training Facilities tomorrow starting from 12:00 PM. The national team will hold its first training session of the day at 6:00 PM, and the first 15 minutes of this session will be open to the press.
New Names in the Preliminary Squad
Some players were included for the first time in the 29-player preliminary squad determined by head coach Vincenzo Montella. İlhan Fakılı from Beşiktaş, Bartuğ Elmaz from Fenerbahçe, Adil Demirbağ from Konyaspor, and Melih Kabasakal from Trabzonspor were called up to the national team for the first time.
Nations League Match Schedule
The Turkish National Football Team will play its first match in the group against France in Kocaeli on Friday, September 25. The Crescent-Stars will then host Italy on September 28, face Belgium on October 2, and play against Italy away on October 5.
