It was learned that İsmail Kartal, who was expected to continue his duty after his meeting with President Aziz Yıldırım, did not attend the scheduled training session at 12:00 and turned off his phones.

After the experienced coach failed to arrive at the facilities, the yellow-navy team's training was jointly managed by football player Dirk Kuyt and coach Zeki Göle.

Management's Move to Persuade Kartal

Following these developments, the Fenerbahçe management took action and initiated efforts to persuade the coach.
