Reports of Relevant Institutions Being Examined
Within the scope of the investigation, the meticulous examination of information, documents, and reports obtained from the Capital Markets Board, Borsa Istanbul, the Central Registry Agency, and other relevant official institutions is continuing.
Disinformation and Misleading Posts
The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office emphasized that allegations not reflecting the truth regarding the content of the investigation are being spread on social media platforms and digital channels, and that disinformation is being carried out by targeting individuals and institutions.
Warning of Legal Action
It was stated that the public dissemination of false information will be evaluated within the scope of the crime of publicly disseminating misleading information regulated under Article 217/A of the Turkish Penal Code, and that necessary legal proceedings will be initiated against those who make these posts.
