The government announced last week that it had received an enthusiastic response to the tender conducted for four land parcels in the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park. It was stated that a better-than-expected result was achieved under the tender, with a total of six bids submitted.

The lands in question are planned to be evaluated primarily as laboratories and accommodation areas for talented workers. It was stated that the total gross floor area of the parcels subject to the tender exceeds 76,000 square meters.
