US-based technology company Apple has officially announced its renewed health application, which utilizes Apple Intelligence technology to analyze users' health data and provide personalized insights.

System That Brings Data Together

In the statement made by the company, it was stated that the new system will bring together heart health, sleep, physical activity, metabolic health, hearing, and nutrition data obtained from smartwatches and smartphones.

Health Age and Longevity

The "Health Age" feature, which will be included in the new "Longevity" section, will provide the opportunity to offer a comprehensive evaluation by comparing the user's health indicators with their chronological age.

Accordingly, the system will evaluate critical measurements such as resting heart rate, sleep patterns, heart rate variability, and the maximum amount of oxygen the body can use.

Laboratory Results Integration

Thanks to the developed innovative infrastructure, users will be able to easily add their laboratory results, including blood sugar tests and cholesterol measurements, to their personal health data.

Readiness Feature and Guidance

Apple is also preparing to launch the "Readiness" feature, which performs daily evaluations by analyzing recent physical activity and sleep data.

It is stated that this feature will provide guidance on resting, slowing down, or continuing activity based on the user's current condition.

AI-Powered Home Assessments

The company will utilize artificial intelligence technology for physical assessments that can be performed at home, and flexibility, strength, and balance measurements can be made using smart device cameras and watches.

Apple specifically emphasized that these assessments are processed on the device and that images are strictly not recorded, stored, or shared with third parties.

Release Date and Language Support

The technology giant announced that the renewed health application will be rolled out in English first later this year, with other languages to be added in the process.
