Apple Renews Health App: Health Age and Readiness Features Are Coming
The new Apple Intelligence-powered health application analyzes user data to offer personalized health age and daily readiness tracking.
Apple has announced its renewed health app, which uses Apple Intelligence technology to analyze users' health data. With the new version, striking features such as Health Age and Readiness are offered to users.
Comprehensive Data Analysis
The company announced that the renewed system will bring together data from different areas such as heart health, sleep, physical activity, metabolic health, hearing, and nutrition obtained from smartwatches and mobile phones under a single roof.
Health Age and Longevity
With the Health Age feature to be included in the new Longevity section, the user's health indicators will be compared with their chronological age.
The system will evaluate critical measurements such as resting heart rate, sleep, heart rate variability, and the maximum amount of oxygen the body can use.
Daily Readiness Tracking
Apple is also preparing to launch the Readiness feature, which provides daily evaluation by analyzing recent physical activity, sleep, and other health data.
This new feature will provide guidance on resting, slowing down, or continuing activity based on the user's current condition.
AI-Powered Physical Assessments
Artificial intelligence technology will be utilized for physical assessments that can be performed at home, and smart device cameras will be used to analyze areas such as flexibility, strength, balance, and gait.
Apple also emphasized that these assessments are processed on-device and that images are not recorded, stored, or shared in any way.
