The Capital Markets Board published its weekly bulletin announcing the approval of Net Global Endüstriyel Yatırımlar's initial public offering application.

According to the weekly bulletin published by the Capital Markets Board, official approval was granted for the initial public offering application of Net Global Endüstriyel Yatırımlar A.Ş. at 25.52 liras. The bulletin also included numerous decisions regarding capital increases, debt instrument issuances, and the establishment of new funds.

IPO and Capital Increases

In its published weekly bulletin, the Capital Markets Board announced that the initial public offering application of Net Global Endüstriyel Yatırımlar A.Ş. at 25.52 liras has been approved.

The Board also approved the capital increase of Onur Yüksek Teknoloji A.Ş. amounting to 188 million 490 thousand liras and the capital increase of MHR Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. amounting to 620 million 250 thousand liras.

Debt Instrument Issuances

Within the scope of debt instrument issuances, applications from several companies were welcomed positively by the CMB. The bond and financing bill issuance of Gelecek Varlık Yönetimi AŞ amounting to 15 billion liras was approved.

Along with Çelik Motor Ticaret AŞ's issuance application of 4.5 billion liras, the foreign currency-denominated issuance requests of Garanti Finansal Kiralama AŞ, Coca-Cola İçecek AŞ, and Destek Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ also received approval from the board.

New Activity and Establishment Permits

Within the framework of new activity permits, the establishment of Büyükdemir Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. Variable Umbrella Fund, Emlak Katılım Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. Venture Capital Umbrella Fund, and Tuna Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. Fund Basket Umbrella Fund was permitted.

The Board also announced that DK Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.'s request for an activity permit and the granting of portfolio management and investment advisory authorization certificates was met with a positive response.

Request to Exit the Scope of the Law

Another detail in the published bulletin featured a publicly held joint-stock company whose shares are not traded on Borsa İstanbul equity markets.

The request of Tariş Zeytinyağı Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. to exit the scope of the Capital Markets Law No. 6362 was evaluated positively by the board.
