National Digital Master Architecture Framework

Representatives of the National Digital Transformation Agency introduced version 1.0 of the National Digital Master Architecture Framework, published under Decision No. 1425/QD-TTg.

This framework was designed to address issues such as fragmented technology investment and a lack of data interoperability.

Green Energy and Sustainability

Dr. Le Thi Thoa, GIZ Project Director, stated that Vietnam has significant advantages for developing offshore wind energy.

GIZ and GGGI representatives emphasized that the ultimate goal of all innovations must be people and sustainable development.

Organizations such as Phenikaa and CMC Open AI shared their solutions regarding autonomous vehicles and large language models.

Mr. Bui Quang Minh, Director of the National Technology Innovation Fund, conveyed that administrative procedures have been simplified and projects are being financed.
