This announcement expands access for businesses in the region following previous Asia-Pacific launches in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, and India.
Ways to Access Ads and Partners
Advertisers can access the system through the OpenAI Ads Solutions team, agency partners such as dentsu, Havas Media, Omnicom Media, Publicis Groupe, and WPP, as well as technology partners. Self-service access via Ads Manager is also offered for eligible businesses.
Free Plans and Ad-Free Subscriptions
Ads will only be shown to users on the Free and Go plans, while Plus, Pro, and Enterprise subscriptions will remain ad-free.
Global Market and Revenue Success
At the end of August, OpenAI announced that ChatGPT Ads reached an annualized revenue run rate of $1 billion in under 200 days since launch. With the latest announcement, ads have become accessible in more than 60 countries.
