Research Proposals and Projects
In the fields of science, technology, and innovation alone, approximately 160 research proposals have been received, with some studies reaching the stage of yielding tangible products.
Commercialization and Field Trials
There is still a significant gap between research products and their commercialization, purchase, and sale. Truong Viet Dung, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, inspected a robot taxi with a trial license at the Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park.
Strategic Technology Groups
With a decree issued on August 12, 2026, Hanoi identified 9 strategic technology groups and 25 priority strategic technology product groups for the 2026-2035 period.
Priority Technology Areas
The identified priority areas include artificial intelligence, semiconductors, next-generation sensors, autonomous robots, UAVs, big data, digital twins, and blockchain.
