Digital Technology and Artificial Intelligence Step in Education Management

The Ministry of Education and Training has issued a new Action Program encouraging the use of digital technology and artificial intelligence in education management to create an open and transparent educational environment and strengthen integrity and discipline.

General Objective of the Action Program

The Ministry of Education and Training aims to create a transparent environment by applying the spirit of true teaching and assessment. The published Action Program targets a disciplined and student-centered educational environment.

Digital Targets for Institutions

By the end of the 2026-2027 academic year, at least 95% of general educational institutions and all higher education and vocational education institutions will implement digital technologies.

By 2030, all education management agencies and institutions will integrate artificial intelligence and databases to support examination and diploma processes.

Scientific Integrity and Transparency

The program mandates the effective use of digital technology in learning processes, exam results, and diploma issuance. It aims to prevent plagiarism in scientific research and the use of artificial intelligence.

Reduction of Paperwork

Within the scope of the program, issues of achievement-oriented formalism will be addressed, and paperwork and non-professional tasks will be reduced. Provincial departments of education will publish their detailed plans by the end of September.
