Digital Transformation Support Point and Teams Established in Gia Tran Commune
Teams established in Gia Tran commune to provide citizens with digital skills, guidance on public services, and cybersecurity have commenced their duties.
The Community Digital Technology Team and Digital Transformation Support Point have been established in Gia Tran commune to enhance the public's digital skills, facilitate their access to public services, and provide guidance on cybersecurity.
Organization of the Conference
In cooperation with the Department of Science and Technology and the People's Committee of Gia Tran commune, an official launch conference was held to implement digital transformation tasks in the new phase. Mr. Dang Thanh Son, Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, attended and chaired the conference.
Structuring of the Teams
Community-based digital support teams across 9 villages in the Gia Tran commune were consolidated, comprising a total of 109 members organized into 25 support groups based on household residential clusters. Village heads serve as team leaders.
Working Principle
The teams operate under the principle of "going to every street, knocking on every door, and guiding every individual" in order to reach the public directly. Through this, it is aimed that citizens effectively use digital technologies in their daily lives.
Official Decisions and Congratulations
Within the scope of the conference, decisions regarding the restructuring of the digital transformation support teams and the establishment of support points were announced. Establishment documents were presented by authorities, and the teams and support points were congratulated.

Dang Thanh Son, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, praised the proactive and creative efforts of the institutions involved in implementing the commune-level digital transformation model and developing community-based teams.
