Strategic Technology Areas
It is anticipated that cooperation will be expanded in areas such as atomic energy, new energy, and space technology. Satellites, semiconductors, microelectronics, and artificial intelligence are also among the priority sectors.
Large-Scale Projects
Symbolic and large-scale projects, such as the Center for Nuclear Science and Technology, are planned to be developed between the two countries. These projects aim to enhance scientific and technological capacity.
The Role of Businesses
Businesses are considered a central element in technology and innovation cooperation. Russian and Vietnamese technology companies are encouraged to increase mutual investments.
Young Scientists
Investing in the new generation of young scientists and experts is of great importance. The aim is to strengthen expert exchange programs between the two countries.
Organizational Mechanism
A specific organizational mechanism needs to be established for implementation and measurable results. In this context, the role of the Vietnam-Russia Committee for Education, Science, and Technology Cooperation will be supported.
