GAP Airport Ready for TEKNOFEST Southeast
All infrastructure and security measures at GAP Airport have been completed for the aviation and technology festival to be held in Şanlıurfa.
Preparations have been successfully completed at GAP Airport for TEKNOFEST Southeast, to be held in Şanlıurfa. The festival will welcome technology enthusiasts between September 30 and October 4.
Festival Dates and Venue Information
Organized under the leadership of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the T3 Foundation, and Defense Technologies Engineering and Trade Inc. (STM), the event is being brought to life this year in Şanlıurfa under the name TEKNOFEST Southeast.
The events in Şanlıurfa, which hosts Göbeklitepe and Karahantepe known as the zero point of history, will meet with visitors between September 30 and October 4.
Completed Preparations at the Airport
Şanlıurfa Governor Hasan Şıldak stated that all preparations at GAP Airport, including infrastructure, superstructure, parking, security, and health measures, have been fully completed.
Within the scope of the festival, which is expected to witness great enthusiasm, there will be various science and technology competitions, breathtaking air shows, and educational workshops.
High Interest and Visitor Expectations
It was reported that interest in the organization is quite high, with over 28,000 applications made to the festival from across the country.
Stating that they expect over 1 million visitors throughout the event, officials invited all citizens to this grand gathering in Şanlıurfa.
