Hanoi City to Hold Dialogue Conference for Science and Technology Businesses
The Hanoi administration will organize a comprehensive dialogue conference in September 2026 to resolve obstacles faced by science and technology businesses and contribute to economic growth.
Truong Viet Dung, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, signed Plan No. 342/KH-UBND to address challenges between the city administration and technology businesses, entrepreneurs, and the innovation community.
Main Purpose and Objectives of the Conference
The plan aims to quickly identify and resolve obstacles in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation activities.
This initiative will contribute to the city's double-digit growth target by increasing the production capacity, investments, revenues, and exports of the capital's economy.
Participant Profile and Hybrid Format
Scheduled to take place in September 2026, the event will be held in a hybrid format combining both in-person and online participation through digital platforms.
The conference will be attended by representatives from the Ministry of Science and Technology, leaders of the Hanoi People's Committee, relevant departments, associations, and approximately 300 delegates.
Program Activities and Exhibition
During the program, a report on the status of activities in the first nine months of the year will be presented, and suggestions from businesses will be addressed by authorities.
Additionally, an exhibition showcasing digital technology products and solutions made in Vietnam is planned to be held within the scope of the event.
