Institutions Inspected On-Site
The delegation visited the Provincial Public Administrative Services Center and the Department of Science and Technology to conduct on-site inspections.
Additionally, the People's Committees of Hoang Van Thu Ward and Dong Kinh Ward were among the units inspected within the scope of the work.
Service Processes Evaluated
During the inspections, the delivery methods of administrative services, online public services, and the progress of local-level tasks were addressed.
Observations revealed that significant changes have taken place in grassroots operational methods and that processes have been modernized.
Challenges and Proposed Solutions
Alongside the achievements attained, it was determined that the digital transformation process in Lang Son faces certain practical difficulties and obstacles.
The delegation requested relevant institutions and units to clarify the problems experienced and present concrete solutions.
