Technology and Export Agreements

Final contracts regarding the restructuring of technology operations were signed between ATP China, a 51% subsidiary of ATATP, and Burger King China. Within the scope of the agreements, a total transaction fee of 12 million dollars plus VAT and a service fee of 31 million RMB plus VAT will be collected.

DCTTR announced that it signed a cotton export contract worth $1,233,500 with a buyer based in Indonesia. The company aims to increase its foreign trade volume with this move.
