İntetra Teknoloji starts trading on Borsa Istanbul
The areas of use for the funds obtained through the initial public offering of İntetra Teknoloji and the company's growth targets in the international market were announced.
A gong ceremony was held for İntetra Teknoloji, which completed its initial public offering on Borsa Istanbul. Chairman of the Board Mehmet Ömerbeyoğlu reported intense interest in the offering.
Initial Public Offering and Use of Funds
İntetra Teknoloji took its place on the stock exchange with an IPO gong ceremony held at Borsa Istanbul. Company management stated that there was high demand from investors during the IPO process.
Chairman of the Board Mehmet Ömerbeyoğlu shared details regarding the allocation of the funds raised from the IPO. It was stated that 65 percent of the funds were transferred to investments and 35 percent to working capital.
International Projects and Targets
Company Chairman Mehmet Ömerbeyoğlu also touched upon ongoing activities and projects carried out abroad. He noted that in addition to Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Turkmenistan, they also have projects in the Balkans, specifically in Albania and Romania.
Alongside existing geographical markets, the company's strategic targets include increasing its activities and presence in Western Europe.
