Balance of Artificial Intelligence and Human Power
While an artificial intelligence assistant has started being used at the center for translation, transcription, and other services, it was emphasized that this technology will not replace human employees but will serve as a tool to manage workload.

It was stated that there are currently multiple open positions awaiting applications at the call center, which operates with a renewed structure and technological infrastructure.
