A new center has been announced in St. Louis, Missouri, to provide high-performance artificial intelligence resources to researchers and local institutions.

Purpose of the Center's Establishment

The newly announced artificial intelligence center in St. Louis aims to position the region as a leader in artificial intelligence technologies.

Supporters and Partners

Founding members of the center include major technology companies such as Amazon Web Services, Google, NVIDIA, Overture Maps Foundation, WEKA, and World Wide Technology. Management will be undertaken by GeoSTL.

Community and Civic Projects

The center has committed to allocating 20 percent of its total capacity and resources to civic projects that will benefit St. Louis and the surrounding region.

Competitions and Local Solutions

Competitions will be organized to solve local challenges in fields such as agricultural technologies, advanced manufacturing, biology and health sciences, national security, transportation, and supply chain logistics.
