The city has achieved an online application rate of approximately 99.8% and secured a 95.5% rate in online Party membership fee collection, ranking among the top nationwide.

Artificial Intelligence and Zalo Integration
Pilot applications for the use of artificial intelligence virtual assistants in public administration have been implemented in Dai Phuoc commune.
Launched in early July 2026, the Dai Phuoc Digital Zalo mini-app has provided digital services to approximately 17% of the adult population.
