The People's Committee of Ninh Binh province has issued the plan for the development of science and technology enterprises for the 2026-2030 period, aiming to create a new momentum in the region.

In line with this plan, the goal is to build an enterprise force capable of commercializing scientific and technological results.

Targets and support mechanisms

Within the scope of the plan, it is projected that at least 50 enterprises will be certified as science and technology enterprises by 2030.

It is planned to provide consulting and guidance during the application process to all enterprises in need.

Comprehensive solutions and policies

The provincial administration will review mechanisms to support enterprises in areas such as credit, land, taxation, investment, and technology transfer.

Enterprises will be encouraged to establish and effectively utilize the Science and Technology Development Fund.

Innovation ecosystem and networks

Ninh Binh will create a database containing science and technology enterprises as well as businesses with potential.

The provincial administration aims to strengthen connections between enterprises and research institutes, universities, and experts.
