O Loan Commune reviewed its Q3 2026 activities to set fourth-quarter goals and digital government projects.

The Steering Committee for Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Government Development of O Loan Commune held a conference to review work in the third quarter of 2026 and implement targets for the fourth quarter.

Third Quarter Activities

O Loan Commune focused on concretizing, assigning, and monitoring tasks in accordance with the annual program and plan. Technical infrastructure and digital platforms serving core management and operations were maintained stably.

Administrative Reform and Record Updates

Nguyen Van Tinh, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council, delivered a speech at the conference. Ninety percent of birth registration data and 100% of marriage registration data were reviewed, while land record data for more than 14,400 entries was updated.

Success Rate in Public Administrative Services

As part of administrative reform, by August 31, the Commune Public Administrative Service Center received 8,148 applications, achieving a resolution rate of 99.28%. The digitization of application components and online payments both reached 100%.

Digital Literacy and Training

The Digital Literacy Movement was deployed across 16 villages, gathering over 800 participants. The commune also organized 5 training courses on artificial intelligence applications.

Cybersecurity and Electronic Identification

The commune has 16 community digital technology groups. As of September 1, out of 31,940 level-2 electronic identification accounts, 29,828 were activated, and Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thai Binh, Chief of O Loan Commune Police, addressed cybersecurity protection solutions.

Fourth Quarter and 100-Day Plan

The Steering Committee will strive to complete a 100-day plan before November 30, 2026, to enhance the effectiveness of digital transformation and address bottlenecks. The commune will continue to propose new initiatives suited to practical realities.
