A preparatory meeting was held for the signing of the cooperation agreement on science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation for the 2026-2030 period between the Son La Provincial People's Committee and the Ministry of Science and Technology, scheduled for October 23, 2026.
Organization of the Meeting
Dang Ngoc Hau, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired a strategic preparatory meeting with the participation of relevant departments and agencies.

The Department of Science and Technology issued an official dispatch proposing the content of the cooperation agreement in accordance with relevant directives and gathered documents from the units.

The parties reached a basic consensus on the issues of innovation, digital transformation, data management, infrastructure, telecommunications, and radiation safety.
Signing Ceremony Plan
While the organization plan is being finalized for submission to the Provincial People's Committee, the program is planned to take place in the Moc Chau region.
