Results of Science and Technology Projects Implemented Province-Wide

Following the entry into force of Provincial People's Council Resolution No. 10 dated April 28, 2025, the application of research results obtained from science and technology projects in daily life is supported, thereby increasing efficiency and product quality.

Policy Background and New Resolution

Although scientific developments were encouraged in past years, the practical implementation of research results remained limited.

Upon the inadequacy of existing policies, the Provincial People's Council implemented a new regulation on April 28, 2025.

Implementation and Support Mechanisms

Nguyen Quang Huy, Director of the Department of Science and Technology, stated that support procedures have been determined in line with the newly issued resolutions.

Guidance documents targeting relevant institutions and the public were published, paving the way for potential projects.

Field Studies and Project Models

Since the beginning of 2026, research teams have conducted inspections in local administrations to identify appropriate models.

Within the scope of the projects submitted to the Provincial People's Committee, local plant and animal varieties were placed under protection.

Practical Results Achieved Locally

Duong Thi Huyen, Head of the Economic Department of Tan Tri Commune, reported that rice breeding and branding projects have been implemented.

With the seed, fertilizer, and pesticide support provided to participating households, crop productivity and quality were raised.
