Science and Technology Festival and Autonomous Vehicle Strategy Evaluated in Tay Ninh
A meeting was held in Tay Ninh to discuss the upcoming technology festival and the autonomous vehicle ecosystem strategy.
Chaired by Pham Tan Hoa, Vice Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee, preparations for the 2026 Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation Festival and the progress of the autonomous vehicle ecosystem strategy were discussed.
Purpose and Chairmanship of the Meeting
On the afternoon of September 23, Pham Tan Hoa, Vice Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee, led a meeting held to discuss preparations for the 2026 festival and the autonomous vehicle ecosystem strategy.
Festival Details and Date
Huynh Thi Hong Nhung, Director of the Department of Science and Technology, stated that the event, which will take place at To Quyen Square from October 7-9, will feature around 200 booths and host various technology experiences.
Autonomous Vehicle Ecosystem Strategy
Covering the 2026-2030 period and a vision for 2035, the autonomous vehicle ecosystem plan consists of 28 tasks divided into 11 groups, and the implementation process of these tasks continues according to the set roadmap.
So far, 5 tasks have been completed while work on 5 tasks is ongoing, and the remaining 18 tasks will be implemented depending on conditions.
Management Evaluations
Colonel Ha Thanh Tuan, Deputy Commander of the Tay Ninh Provincial Military Command, delivered an informational speech about the unmanned vehicle ecosystem strategy and detailed the steps taken so far.
Future Steps and Coordination
Pham Tan Hoa requested that units closely monitor the process, clearly share responsibilities, and that the Ministry of Science and Technology take a leading role in resolving issues.
Police and military forces ensure security and infrastructure conditions for the development of the unmanned aerial vehicle ecosystem, while relevant agencies carry out joint efforts to attract investment.
