Strategic Cooperation Between the Ministry of Science and Technology and Hue University
Officials from the Ministry and Hue University have decided to take joint steps to accelerate digital transformation and research advanced technologies.
A delegation from the Ministry of Science and Technology met with the leadership of Hue University and Hue City, deciding to cooperate on the development of strategic technologies, digital transformation, and the improvement of research infrastructure.

On the afternoon of September 6, 2026, a delegation from the Ministry of Science and Technology, led by Associate Professor Dr. Vu Hai Quan, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Minister of Science and Technology, held a working meeting with representatives of Hue University and the leadership of Hue City.

The meeting evaluated the results of the university's scientific, technological, innovative, and digital transformation activities. Representatives of Hue University shared their achievements in scientific research and technology transfer while expressing their requests regarding financial mechanisms, laboratory infrastructure, and commercialization.

Strategic Areas of Cooperation
The parties reached an agreement on developing strategic technologies such as artificial intelligence, biotechnology, advanced medicine, and cultural heritage conservation, as well as promoting digital transformation and innovation, and improving research mechanisms and infrastructure.
