TEKNOFEST Southeast opens its doors in Sanliurfa
The TEKNOFEST Southeast aviation, space, and technology festival will be held at Sanliurfa GAP Airport from September 30 to October 4.
Featuring exhibitions, experience zones, educational workshops, and technology competitions focused on technology, aviation, and the defense industry, TEKNOFEST Southeast begins in Sanliurfa on September 30. Hosted by Gobekli Tepe, the event will last for five days.
Technology meeting in Sanliurfa
Carried out under the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the T3 Foundation, and Defense Technologies Engineering and Trade Inc. (STM), the Aviation, Space, and Technology Festival will welcome visitors in Sanliurfa from September 30 to October 4.
Preparations for exhibitions, experience areas, workshops, and competitions have been completed in the area established at GAP Airport in the city where Gobekli Tepe, the world's known oldest monumental structure, is located.
Air and land vehicles will be exhibited
Throughout the five-day festival, national platforms such as Bayraktar KIZILELMA, KAAN, Bayraktar TB3, HÜRJET, Bayraktar AKINCI, and Bayraktar TB2 will be exhibited.
In addition, many air and land vehicles, notably ANKA, GÖKBEY, ATAK, F-16, SOLOTÜRK, and the Turkish Stars, will meet with visitors.
Air shows and flights
During the festival program from September 30 to October 3, visitors will have the opportunity to watch performances by various aircraft.
Along with the Turkish Stars and SOLOTÜRK, various helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles will perform breathtaking demonstration flights in the sky.
Experience areas and exhibitions
Special booths such as the Champions Parade, Planetarium, Gobekli Tepe Experience Area, and Hezarfen Experience Area await participants.
The Steel Dome Digital Experience Area, as well as exhibition areas for land vehicles belonging to ASELSAN and the Land Forces, will also take place at the festival.
Competitions and workshops
Competitions will be held in Agricultural Technologies, Technological Applications in Combating Addictions, Steel Dome Air Defense Systems, and Artificial Intelligence Films.
With T3 Science Street Workshops, visitors of all ages will be able to participate in educational events full of science and technology.
