The transfer of duties of the Permanent Agency of the Provincial Steering Committee 57 took place at a ceremony held on August 28, 2026, coordinated by the Office of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department. This transfer, carried out in accordance with Decision No. 1338 dated August 27, 2026, of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, aims to ensure coordination aligned with government policies.
In the new period, the Provincial Police Department will advise on the timely implementation of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation policies. It will also develop solutions suitable for the province's conditions by improving the connection, sharing, and utilization of digital data.

During the handover ceremony, data regarding the committee's activities in the past period were also shared. It was reported that out of 160 regular tasks in the monitoring system of the Central Committee's decisions, 211 were completed, 20 tasks are ongoing, and there are no delayed tasks.
In the decision-making and progress tracking system at the provincial level, it was stated that out of 727 registered tasks, 359 were completed, 359 are ongoing, and 9 tasks are delayed. Additionally, it was announced that 5 of the 221 targets in the provincial system have been completed, while the implementation of 216 is ongoing.
