Balkan Karışman's digital installation, which brings the view of Haliç in real time to the exhibition space, is presented to art lovers.
Within the scope of the 21st edition of Contemporary Istanbul, Trendyol Sanat brings art lovers together with artist Balkan Karışman’s installation named 'Seyir', which transports the real-time view of Haliç to the exhibition space using digital technologies.
The Meeting of Art and Technology
Trendyol Sanat continues its partnership with Contemporary Istanbul, which has been ongoing for four years, uninterruptedly through special projects that bring art and technology together.
Characteristics of the Seyir Installation
Produced exclusively for Trendyol Sanat under the curation of GLOBART for the 21st edition of Contemporary Istanbul, Seyir transports the real-time view of Haliç directly to the exhibition space via digital technologies.
A Landscape Shaped by the Viewer
Transforming the view of Haliç through the movement of the viewer, the artwork turns the act of looking directly into a part of the experience, creating a distinct perceptual space.
Past Projects
