Turkey's space economy and support for young entrepreneurs targeted
At the International Astronautical Congress in Antalya, it was emphasized that Turkey should claim a share of the space economy and that innovative projects by young entrepreneurs must be transformed into products.
The efforts undertaken to enable Turkey to secure a share of the space economy and to transform the ideas of young entrepreneurs into products were discussed at the 77th International Astronautical Congress held in Antalya.

The 77th International Astronautical Congress was held under the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, hosted by the Turkish Space Agency and SAHA Istanbul, with Anadolu Agency serving as the Global Communication Partner.
The role of young entrepreneurs in the space economy
It was stated that companies and entrepreneurs in Turkey need to take a share of the rapidly growing global space economy, and it is aimed to bring young people together with the international community.
It was expressed that the steps to be taken to transform the ideas of young entrepreneurs into tangible products will directly contribute to the country's growth in this field.
National Space Program and astronaut missions
It was recalled that Turkey's first astronauts, Alper Gezeravcı and Tuva Cihangir Atasever, were sent into space within the framework of the National Space Program.
It was noted that scientific studies carried out within the scope of national missions make significant contributions to the country's accumulated expertise in the field of space.
Lunar mission and domestic technologies
It is targeted to become the first Muslim country and the ninth country in the world to reach the Moon using its own resources next year.
It was reported that over eighty percent of the technologies to be used in this process are produced with domestic resources.
Domestic positioning satellite and atomic clock tests
It was conveyed that the domestic atomic clock of the regional positioning satellite developed for domestic navigation systems has been sent into space.
It was announced that test and development studies regarding the system in question are continuing successfully.
